2004-05: Registered 23 saves in second start of the season ? at Bowling Green (2/19)... started second night against the Mavericks, making 26 saves in an  overtime loss to earn Perani Cup No. 3 Star of the Game honors... stopped 12 shots in 34 minutes of action coming off the bench at Ohio State (1/29)... saw time in both games at Nebraska-Omaha (10/22-23).

2003-04: Recorded just the second shutout in WMU postseason history with a 30-save effort at Notre Dame (3/13) ? was named Perani Cup No. 1 Star ... started game three of CCHA series at Notre Dame (3/14) ... registered first career start at Ferris State (1/30), making 26 saves in a 4-1 loss ... made collegiate debut against Notre Dame (12/5) in relief of Scott Foster ... stopped 19 shots over two periods to earn the win over the 14th-ranked Irish ... stopped 10 of 11 stops in third period against at #4 Michigan (1/24) ... took over No. 2 spot on depth chart in late November.
 
2002-03: Received the WMU Ed Edwards Most Improved Player Award ... third-string goaltender who did not see any action.

JUNIORS: Three-year member of the Chicago Freeze ... became a starter in his last season with the club ... was named NAHL Goaltender of the Week on several occasions ... played two years with former Bronco Paul Glynn and a year with Brian Pasko on the Freeze club ... only goaltender in team history to receive a fighting major.

PERSONAL: Majoring in marketing ... carries a 3.16 overall GPA ... graduate of Naperville Central High School (2001) ... parents are Timothy and Doreen Marvin ... has one brother, Jeff ... born Feb. 12, 1983 in Naperville, Ill.
