Biography

2004-05:  Played in two games before sitting out to continue rehabilitation due to an injury she sustained in 2003-04.

2003-04:  Named MAC Player of the Year ... First Team All-MAC ... Kodak/WBCA All-American Honorable Mention ... Rost was the first player ever at WMU to garner MAC Player of the Year award ... she sustained a season ending injury due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament to her left knee, (2/18) against Toledo ... before the injury she led the Mid-American Conference in scoring and 3-point field goals made ... averaged 20.1 points a game and 4.3 rebounds and still ranked in the top-15 in the league in five different categories ... last season she scored in double digits in every game but one ... earned 20 points or more on 12 occasions ... chipped in a career-best 40 points in a 117-90 win over UMKC and went 16-for-16 from the free throw line to set the program’s single-game scoring record, (11/26) ... the 40-point performance was only the ninth time in MAC history ... Rost has started for the Broncos since her freshman year. 

2002-03:  Voted MAC Tournament MVP ... a member of the All-MAC First Team ... set the WMU record for points in a season (622), three-point field goals in a season (79) and free throw percentage (90.3) ... fastest WMU player to reach 1,000 points in a career in 59 games ...  ranks among the career leaders in points (13th - 1,072), 3-point field goals (3rd-148), 3-point field goal percentage (1st - .408), free throw percentage (1st - .872) and steals (139 - 8th) ...  led WMU in scoring and was second in the MAC averaging 19.4 points per game, with 4.9 rebounds, 68 assists, four blocks, and 87 steals ... led the MAC in free throw percentage (.903), and was third in both three-point field goal percentage (.425), and steals (2.72) ... scored a season and career high 29 points vs. IPFW ... earned 20 points or more 17 times ... ranked seventh in the NCAA in free throw percentage (90.3), 18th in three-point field goal percentage (42.5), and 21st  in points per game (19.4).
