2024-25: Named the Fargo Regional Most Outstanding Player ... earned NCHC Academic All-Conference Team honors … played in all 42 games … totaled 33 points on 14 goals and 19 assists … led the team with eight power play goals … made his WMU debut against Ferris State on Oct. 11, firing three shots on net … had two goals and one assist in a win versus Bowling Green on Oct. 17 … helped WMU sweep Minnesota Duluth with a goal and three assists (Nov. 22-23) … dished out an assist in a win over Michigan (Nov. 29) … delivered three goals and one assist in a series sweep against Alaska Anchorage (Jan. 3-4) … had goals in both games during a sweep at North Dakota (Jan. 17-18) … handed out two assists in a sweep of St. Cloud State (Feb. 7-8) … went seven straight games with an assist from March 7 to March 27 … had two goals and one assist to help the team win the Fargo Regional and advance to the program’s first ever Frozen Four … had five shots against Boston University in the National Championship game (April 12). 

Prior to WMU: Spent the last two seasons at Providence … played in 59 total games … posted 20 points on seven goals and 13 assists … posted two-multi point games as a Friar. 

Juniors: Played the 2021-22 season with Linkoping HC U20 … saw action in 44 games … totaled 45 points on 19 goals and 26 assists … had a +25 plus/minus … notched seven points in eight playoff games.

Personal: Born on May 23, 2003 in Stockholm, Sweden ... son of Mattias Valente and Josefine Jakobsson-Krånglin ... has two younger sisters ... majoring in sports management.
