  • Teamed with freshman Kazuya Komada to defeat Chris Madden and George Navas of Michigan, 9-8 (3), at three doubles in the NCAA Tournament to clinch the first NCAA Tournament point in WMU history

  • Won three straight matches to advance to the championship match of his flight at the UVa Invitational in his first collegiate tennis matches
