- Won a conference match at his former school, defeating Tyler Stephens of Northern Illinois 6-0, 6-0 in No. 6 singles play (4/1)
- Teamed with Kazuya Komada to win the No. 2 doubles match against Buffalo (3/25)
- Won his first singles match at WMU (6-0, 6-0) over Larry Brown of Detroit on his way to the State Flight Singles semis at the Frank Beeman Invitational (9/10-12)
- Teamed with Pablo Olivarez to reach the Flight B Doubles final at the Purdue Fall Invitational (9/17-19)
2009-10
- Attended Western Michigan as a student, did not play tennis
2008-09 (at Northern Illinois)
- Recorded a combined 13-12 singles record, with an 11-14 mark in doubles competition
- Ended the season on a tear, recording five-consecutive singles wins, including both matches of the 2009 Mid-American Conference Championships
- Played the No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6 singles positions
- Went 3-2 in MAC singles matches, tied for the best individual record among Huskie starters
- Saw action in all three doubles positions
- Teamed with Shaun Stewart to post an 8-7 win over Peter Marrack and Michael Koval from No. 31 Wisconsin, on Jan. 31, 2009
- During the fall season, posted a 4-4 singles record, with a 5-4 doubles mark
- Won the Flight "D" singles finals match at the Ball State Invitational, collecting his first-four collegiate singles victories
