• Led the team with 28 singles wins with a winning percentage of 75.7 percent (28-9)
• Notched 15-7 record in dual singles at No. 3-5, including 3-0 at No. 3 and 7-0 at No. 5
• Went 13-2 in the fall, including a victory in his singles flight at the IU Invitational in his first ever collegiate event
• Won his singles flight at the Vredevelt Invitational hosted by Western Michigan
• Earned singles wins in the fall against players from Indiana, Iowa, DePaul and Purdue
• Won dual singles matches against No. 55 Iowa, No. 69 Purdue and Michigan State
• Went 3-0 at No. 5 singles in the MAC Tournament with all wins coming in straight sets as WMU advanced to the NCAA Tournament

• Trained at Ferrer-Peinado Tennis Academy in Javea, Spain, part-time beginning in 2005 and moved to the academy full-time in March 2008
• Coached by Mariano Peinado, former coach of ATP No. 4 David Ferrer, and former ATP professional Javier Ferrer
• Won two matches to qualify for main draw of the F27 Spain Futures in Aug. 2009
• Won the 2008 Men’s Tournament Circuit Absolut in Sept. 2008
• Won the U18 Chocolates Valor in June 2008 in Spain
• Won the U21 Torneo Nacional in July 2007 in Spain
• Ranked as high as No. 10 in Sweden and tops in his age group, while reaching the quarters and semis of numerous Swedish Winter Tour events
• Reached the finals in doubles at the 2006 Sweden ITF Junior Open
