2013-14: Cross Country: Competed in five meets during cross country season ... finished 18th overall at the George Dales Invitational with a 6k time of 24:56.9 ... ran personal-best 5k time of 20:44 at Notre Dame Invitational ... ran personal-best 6k time of 23:45.8 at the Bradley Classic.

Track & Field: Competed at four meets during the indoor season and five during outdoor season ... ran personal-best 800m run time of 2:31.21 at the Bowling Green Opener ... took seventh overall in the mile run at the Ball State Quad Meet ... ran personal-best 1,500m run time of 5:02.67 at the Raleigh Relays.

High School: Earned four varsity letters in track and field and four in cross country ... named All-Conference in the 800-meter run in 2012 ... named All-Conference in cross country in 2011 ... qualified for State in 2012 in both cross country and track and field ... member of the school-record holding 4x800-meter relay squad.
