2015-16 Cross Country: Competed in six events ... earned two top-20 finishes with a 20th place finish at the George Dales Invite (9-11-15) and a 15th place finish at the Michigan Intercollegiates (10-9-15) ... set a new 6k PR at the Pre-National Invitational (10-17-15) with a time of 22:28.9.
2014-15: Cross Country: Competed in five meets ... ran season-best 6k time of 23:08.0 at the MAC Championships to finish as WMU's sixth finisher in the race ... competed at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Championship, running a time of 24:33.0
Track & Field: Competed in two meets during indoor season and seven during outdoor season ... took third overall in the outdoor 3,000-meter run at the Bronco Classic with a time of 10:28.66 ... took second overall in the steeplechase at the Illinois Twilight with a time of 11:18.44 ... finished just shy of scoring at the Outdoor MAC Championships in the steeplechase after running a time of 11:23.74 and finishing 10th overall.
