2014-15: Cross Country: Competed in three meets ... ran season-best 6k time of 25:49 at the MAC Championships.

Track & Field: Competed in four meeets during indoor season and five during outdoor season ... ran an indoor personal-best of 2:21.02 in the 800-meter run at the GVSU Big Meet ... ran an outdoor 800 personal-best of 2:20.65 at the GINA Hillsdale Relays.

High School: Earned four varisty letters in track and field and two in cross country .. two-time state qualifer in the 4x800m relay, two-time state qualifier in the 4x400m relay and state qualifier for 800m in 2012 ... helped set school record in 4x800 in 2014 ... three-time All-County ... holds scholl record in 800m run ... was cross country team captain in 2013 and 2014 ... was a KLAA Scholar Athlete in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
