KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan baseball team's Wednesday night matchup against in-state foe Michigan State up at LMCU Ballpark in Comstock Park has been canceled due to weather. A makeup date has not been announced. The Broncos and Spartans are still slated to meet on May 6 up in East Lansing.

LMCU Ballpark will be automatically issuing refunds to anyone who purchased tickets. Fans should expect to see those refunds in 3-5 business days depending on their banking institution. For any questions, fans can call the West Michigan Whitecaps at 616-784-4131.

 WMU now turns its attention back to Mid-American Conference play, with a three-game series at Eastern Michigan slated to begin on Friday at 3 pm.
