KALAMAZOO, Mich. – After taking four of six points at Miami this weekend, the Western Michigan hockey team remained among the top teams in the nation.
The Broncos remained at No. 4 in both the USCHO and USA Hockey polls this week. Michigan State, Michigan, North Dakota, WMU and Quinnipiac made up the top five in both sets of rankings.
In the NCHC, the Brown and Gold were joined by UND, Denver, Minnesota Duluth and Miami. St. Cloud State was receiving votes in both polls. Colorado College, Arizona State and Omaha did not receive any recognition in the polls.
