KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan University men's soccer program and Head Coach
Chad Wiseman welcomed seven new players this week to the Broncos.
"We are thrilled that Alex, Vitor, Eddie, Kyle, and Josh have all chosen to be Broncos through the transfer portal!" says Head Coach
Chad Wiseman. "We also welcome two very talented freshmen, Greg and Alessandro. They are all phenomenal students, great soccer payers but more than anything outstanding young men.
"They all will fit right in with the culture we have established over the years, and the staff anticipates they will expand our culture for years to come. These guys are winners; they are great teammates and love to compete. We believe those are championship type characteristics. Our Bronco supporters are going to really enjoy watching these guys in a Bronco uniform, they are very talented."
WMU men's soccer has brought in five transfers and two freshmen to Kalamazoo for the spring semester this month. Among the seven new players there are three Gatorade Boys Soccer Players of the Year, two Mr. Soccer recipients, and two United Soccer Coaches All-Americans.
