KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The NCAA announced its list of regional qualifiers this afternoon, with the East Regional Preliminaries list being headlined by a trio of Broncos. 

Sandra Ferrari, Mabinty Kebe and Bri'Yanna Robinson will all head to Jacksonville, Fla. to compete against the best in the East Region, looking for a spot at the NCAA Championship meet in Oregon. All three athletes competed at the East Regional last season. 

Ferrari will compete in the long jump after winning the event at the MAC Championships. She was able to leap 6.29 meters, which made her the school's record holder and a First Team All-MAC selection. Ferrari currently ranks No. 50 in the NCAA and No. 20 in the East Region. 

Kebe had another excellent showing in the 400-meter hurdles at the MAC Championships, smashing the meet record, while moving to No. 2 in program history. She crossed the finish line in a time of 57.46 to win the event and earn First Team All-MAC honors. Entering the regional meet, the Ohio native ranks No. 35 in the country and No. 21 in the region. 

Robinson was also great at the MAC Championships, earning second in the discus, third in the shot put and fourth in the hammer throw. She will compete in the shot put at the East Regional after earning a season-best throw of 15.62 meters at the conference meet. Robinson is currently ranked No. 80 in the NCAA and No. 38 in the region. 

The competition will take place on Thursday, May 29 and Saturday, May 31. The long jump will be at 4:30 PM, the shot put is set for 6:00 PM and the 400-meter hurdles will take place at 8:20 PM on May 29.
