Domanick Moon,
Chad Schuster,
Addison West and
Hayden Wolff have been named College Sports Communicators Academic All-District.
The 2024 Academic All-District® Football teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes football honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.50 for both undergraduate and graduate work and have competed in 90 percent of competitions or started in 66 percent of the games that season.
Kushi (3.71, MBA) and West (3.50, MBA) are repeats from the 2023 season, while Bonnema (3.60, MBA), Moon (3.50, Criminal Justice) and Schuster (3.54, Supply Chain Management) all earn the honors for the first time. Wolff (3.70, MBA) had previously earned the honors at Old Dominion.
