The All-Tournament Team was announced following the match, with Logan Case and Andelyn Simkins representing the Broncos. Case had a pair of double-doubles, handed out 144 assists (12.00/set) and registered 39 digs (3.25/set) for the weekend. Simkins posted 57 digs (4.75/set) and owned a .951 reception percentage.

Case notched her second double-double of the weekend on Sunday as she piled up 55 assists and a career-high 21 digs. It marked the first 20/20 performance by a Bronco since Maggie King tallied 25 kills and 24 digs at Central Michigan on November 11, 2022.

Keona Salesman and Julia Marr tied for the team lead in kills with 17 apiece in the contest, with Salesman doing so on a .349 hitting percentage. Amanda Glanton hit .429 and put down a career-high 12 kills for the Brown and Gold.

Joining Case with double-digit digs were Simkins (19) and Reeghan Boyer (18), who were each in double-figures in all three of the weekend's matches.

With Clemson holding an 8-6 edge in the opening frame, Western Michigan notched five consecutive points to move in front, 11-8. The Tigers countered with seven of the next nine to restore their two-point cushion, 15-13. Four straight put the Broncos briefly ahead again, 20-18, before the visitors got back even at 20-20. Tied again at 25-25, WMU got a kill from Mary Clare Brusek, then a block from Brusek and Salesman to take the first set, 27-25.

The Tigers took an early 7-4 edge in the second set, before an 11-3 surge put the Broncos on top, 15-10. Clemson responded with seven of the next eight, including six in a row, to go back ahead, 17-16. Western Michigan countered with three straight, and eventually built a 23-20 cushion. The visitors roared back with the final five points to steal the frame, 25-23, and even the match at one apiece.

A 7-1 stretch helped Clemson get out to an 11-7 lead in the third frame. WMU worked its way back to within two on a couple of occasions, but a 7-2 run helped the Tigers put the set beyond reach and take a 2-1 match advantage.

The visitors got out to a 10-3 lead to open the fourth set. Western Michigan tallied five in a row to close the gap to 14-11, but the Tigers countered with the next four to build the margin back to seven, 18-11. Four straight points helped the Broncos close to within 23-20, but Clemson notched the ensuing two points to seal the victory.

Western Michigan hits the road for its next eight contests, starting next weekend in Milwaukee. The Broncos are set to face #13 Kansas on Saturday and #24 Marquette on Sunday. First serve on both days is set for 2 pm.
