NORTON, Ohio -- Freshman
Lillian Zelasko collected All-Region honors by placing 21st at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional this afternoon at Silver Creek Metro Park. Zelasko is the second All-Region performer in the last three years for WMU, joining Makayla Perez who finished 20th in 2022.
Zelasko paced the team with a huge PR time of 20:06.7. She was the sixth fastest MAC athlete at the event. She continued to elevate herself throughout the meet, checking in at 31st place after 2K and 26th after 5K. The Indiana native has led the Broncos in every meet she's competed in this season.
