KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan men's basketball program has announced dates for its upcoming camps. The Broncos will be hosting a team camp on Sunday, June 11, and a day camp from June 12-15 at University Arena.
The team camp is open to high school teams and registration is $350 per team. Each participating team will be guaranteed three games, and registration also includes a t-shirt for every player. A hospitality room will be available for coaches.
WMU's day camp begins with registration at 8:30 am and the camp then runs from 9 am to 4 pm on Monday through Wednesday, with the final session on Thursday wrapping up at 12 pm. The camp is open to anyone in grades 1-9 and is $250 per participant. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt, and lunch is included. The camp will be led by the WMU men's basketball staff, along with support from current members of the Western Michigan men's basketball team. Each day, campers will participate in various skill-developing training stations, learn offensive and defensive concepts utilized by the Broncos, and get the opportunity to showcase their skills and execute the concepts they've learned in games.
