CLEVELAND – For the third straight week the Western Michigan men's tennis team has earned the Mid-American Conference Men's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week honors, with juniors Brogan Pierce and Benjamin George announced on Thursday by the MAC.

George and Pierce combined to go 1-1 in doubles over the weekend. In WMU's match against Wisconsin, the duo was slotted at No. 2 and defeated Robin Parts and Sebastian Vile 6-2. Against Yale, they played at No. 2 again but fell 6-2 to Theo Dean and Aidan Reilly.

George, Pierce and the Broncos are off this weekend and return to action next Friday, Feb. 17 when they host Drake University at 11 a.m. WMU then heads off to take on Indiana on Sunday at 11 a.m.
