KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan women's soccer team remained unbeaten in MAC play with a 2-2 draw against Bowling Green on Sunday afternoon at the WMU Soccer Complex.
WMU (1-4-4, 1-0-1 MAC) picked up a goal in each half, with

Western Michigan turned its early pressure into the opening goal in the 10th minute. After a WMU corner kick, an attempted clearance by the Falcons landed at the feet of Blackburn, who slotted the ball into the far corner for her first goal of the season.
Bowling Green (2-3-3, 0-0-2 MAC) answered a little more than five minutes later, as Kennedy White scored her first goal of the afternoon to even the score at 1-1. The two teams remained tied heading into halftime.
The score remained deadlocked until the 71st minute. Blackburn made a driving run through the midfield and slid a pass off to the oncoming Telamaque, who buried a right-footed shot into the opposite corner to put the Broncos back on top, 2-1.
Again, the Falcons responded minutes later, as White equalized for the visitors in the 76th minute.
