KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Western Michigan women's tennis team wrapped up hosting the Bronco Super Challenge at West Hills Athletic Club on Sunday, ending the final day with five more wins in singles play.
WMU went 22-7, combined, on the weekend.
Senior Lindsey Zieglar earned a win over Northern Illinois' Ninova, 6-1, 6-1. She finished the weekend 3-0 in singles play. Valeriya Monko also picked up a win on the day, taking down Milwaukee's Konieva 6-3, 6-3. Karin Hamilton earned a win over Wayne State's Komar 6-3, 6-3, with Kailtyn Rogosh taking down WSU's Szapkowska 6-1, 6-2. Freshman Audrey Smitek wrapped up the day with a 7-6 (5), 6-2 wi over Eastern Michigan's Reddy.
The Broncos have wrapped up their fall season and will begin their dual match season in 2023.
