Broncos Head to Ball State for Sunday Contest

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's basketball team heads to Muncie, Ind. for a pivotal Mid-American Conference match-up against Ball State on Sunday, Feb. 21.

Scouting the Broncos
Western Michigan enters Sunday's contest with an overall record of 4-13 and 3-9 in conference play. WMU fell to Ball State 76-68 earlier this season back on Dec. 22 inside University Arena. The Broncos seek their first victory at Ball State since Feb. 23, 2018

Un-"B"- elievable Performance
Sophomore guard B. Artis White matched his career-high with 20 points against Kent State on Tuesday. White was 6-of-12 from the field and registered a career-high five three-pointers. 18 of White's 20 points came in the first half.

Double Digit White
B. Artis White has scored in double figures in 14 games to lead the Broncos. For his career White has scored in double figures 24 times.

WMU's Big Three
Western Michigan has been led by the trio of B. Artis White, Titus Wright and Greg Lee. The trio has combined to score 564 points this season, accounting for 52.3 percent of WMU's total offense.

Halftime Leads are Safe
When having the lead at the half the past three seasons, the Broncos have been dominant with a 44-15 record.

Big Wright
Sophomore Titus Wright ranks third in the MAC with a .552 field goal percentage. Wright ranks third on the Broncos with 8.4 points per game.

Lee-ding the Way
Over the past five games, senior forward Greg Lee has averaged 16.0 points and 8.2 rebounds per game while shooting 56.9 percent from the field. Overall Lee ranks second on the team with 12.7 points.

Not So Funday Sunday
Western Michigan is 1-7 on Sunday's since the start of the 2015-16 season. WMU seeks its first Sunday victory since defeating UC Riverside back on Sunday Dec. 30, 2018.
