Scouting the Broncos
Western Michigan heads into the Saturday showdown with an overall record of 3-12 and 2-11 in Mid-American Conference play. The Broncos are coming off a 74-66 victory over Akron on Wednesday to snap its five-game losing streak.
Williams Ties School Record
Redshirt freshman Taylor Williams posted a career-high 21 rebounds against Akron on Wednesday, tying her for the most in a single-game in school history with Megan Boguslawski who also had 21 back in 1995 against Valparaiso. Williams' 21 rebounds was also tied for the fourth most in a single-game in MAC history.
Make Way for Williams in the Record Books
Not only did Williams tie the single-game record for rebounds in a game but she also made 14 field goals, tying her with seven others for the third most in a single-game in school history. Williams scored a career-high 30 points on 14-of-23 shooting from the field.
Very Few in the Country Had a Day Like Williams
Williams became just the third player in the NCAA this season to have a 30-point / 20-rebound game and the first player in school history to do so. Williams joins Michigan's Naz Hamilton and South Dakota's Hannah Sjerven as the only other players to do so.

Reilly Jacobson (14.3),
Sydney Shafer (14.3) and Taylor Williams (12.8). The trio has combined to score 622 points this season, accounting for 65.2 percent of WMU's total offense.

Freshman
Megan Wagner is averaging 2.4 assists per game this season, the 18
th best mark in the MAC. Overall Wagner leads the Broncos with 36 assists.
Leading By Example
Redshirt senior
Reilly Jacobson leads the Broncos at 14.3 points per game while shooting 46.1 percent from the field. Jacobson has 12 games this season scoring in double figures to go along with one 20-point game and two 10+ rebound games. Jacobson has also led the Broncos in scoring seven times.

Sophomore guard
Sydney Shafer leads the Broncos during MAC play at 14.4 points per game while knocking down 30 of her 33 three-pointers against conference opponents.
