CLEVELAND, Ohio – Western Michigan senior cross country runner Brittney Hall has been named Mid-American Conference Co-Runner of the Week for her performance at the Spartan Invitational

Hall ran a new personal-best 6k time of 21:59.4 to take 13th overall in the race, which featured 291 competitors. She was WMU's top finisher on the day and was also the top finisher out of any of the three MAC schools at the event.

It was the Macomb, Mich., native's second time in as many meets to pace the Broncos this season. She finished fourth overall at the season-opening meet, the George Dales Invitational, also running a personal best in the 5k.

Western Michigan is off this week but heads to the University of Notre Dame next Friday for the Joe Piane Invitational.
