Bronco Briefs features head coach Tim Lester talking for three minutes or less about one specific topic. 

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The debut episode of Bronco Briefs features head coach Tim Lester talking about the new faces on this year's squad from his coaching staff to student-athletes.

The Broncos kicked off camp Friday with a two-hour workout in helmets. Lester is starting his third season with Western Michigan and owns a 13-12 (.520) record with the Broncos. He has helped the Broncos reach bowl eligibility for a program-record five consecutive seasons.

Western Michigan has 18 practices during fall camp before opening the season Saturday, August 31 against Monmouth. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. on ESPN3.
