KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Wearing full pads for the first time this fall, the Western Michigan football team completed its fifth workout of preseason camp Tuesday morning inside the The Donald "J" Seelye Athletic Center.
Head coach Tim Lester met with the media following the practice to discuss the first week of training. Senior running back LeVante Bellamy and senior quarterback Jon Wassink also spoke with the media.
The squad will hold its annual Fan Day on Saturday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in Waldo Stadium. Admission and parking are free for the event.

Western Michigan kicks off the 2019 season at home versus Monmouth on Saturday, August 31 at 7 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ESPN3.
