KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan football program caps its first segment of fall camp Saturday with its annual Fan Fest. The event, which has free admission and parking, will be held inside Waldo Stadium from 5:30-7:30. Fans will have the chance to watch open practice, participate in sports skills challenges with other Bronco teams, take a facility tour and get their faces painted by the WMU cheerleaders.Â
Earlier this week on social media, the football program kicked off a vlog-style series called
The Ride that will run throughout the season. This is WMU's student-athletes and coaches directly telling the camera the story of the program. Watch the debut episode on Western Michigan Football's
YouTube channel. Stay up-to-date on all the latest from the football program by following @WMU_Football on Twitter and Instagram and WMUFootball on Facebook.
Season tickets are available online at
www.WMUBroncos.com/tickets or by calling the Bronco Ticket Office at 1-888-4-WMU-TIX or 269-387-8092.
Western Michigan kicks off the 2019 season at home versus Monmouth on Saturday, August 31 at 7 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ESPN3.
