2019 MAC CHAMPIONSHIP BRACKET

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Western Michigan men's soccer team has earned the #2 seed in the 2019 MAC Men's Soccer Championship. The Broncos have received a bye into the semifinal round and will face the winner of a quarterfinal contest between SIU Edwardsville and West Virginia, which will take place on Tuesday, November 12.

The MAC Semifinals will be hosted by Akron on Friday, November 15, with Western Michigan playing at 3 p.m. The winning teams from the two semifinal contests will then face-off for the league's automatic bid into the NCAA tournament on Sunday, November 17 at Akron's FirstEnergy Stadium. 

The Broncos finished the 2019 MAC season with eight total points, recording a conference record of 2-1-2.

Western Michigan has been the runner-up in the last two editions of the MAC Men's Soccer Championship, falling to the Zips in the final match on both of those occasions. WMU has won one conference tournament championship, which came back in 2003.
