KALAMAZOO, Mich.- Western Michigan defensive lineman
Andre Turner has been invited to the Atlanta Falcons rookie mini camp as an undrafted free agent, May 11-13 at the team's facilities in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Turner will have a chance to display his skills against other potential Atlanta signees in an attempt to make the Falcons' 90-man roster.
Turner played in every game over the last four seasons at Western Michigan, 52 games total, and was a starter the last two years. He recorded 105 career tackles (36 solo), 15.5 tackles for a loss, eight sacks, forced one fumble and recovered three fumbles. As a senior past fall, he had at least one tackle every game, totaling 25 tackles (18 solo), three sacks, six TFL and five QBH. He was the recipient of WMU's Mike Gary Sportsmanship Award.

Chukwuma Okorafor was the first player from the Mid-American Conference and the state of Michigan taken in this year's draft, being selected in the third round, 92nd overall by the Pittsburgh Steelers. Cornerback / kickoff specialist
