KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Western Michigan earned eleven selections on the 2015 Phil Steele Postseason All-MAC Team, it was announced Thursday. The number equals the amount the team earned on the 2015 All-MAC Team announced by the league earlier this month.
Earning first team honors were Willie Beavers, Corey Davis, Ronald Zamort and Andrew Haldeman. Zach Terrell, Daniel Braverman and Darius Phillips (KR) were placed on the second team. MAC Freshman of the Year, Jamauri Bogan, Taylor Moton, Asantay Brown and Phillips (CB) were placed on the third team.
The eleven selections were tied with Bowling Green and Northern Illinois for most in the league.
The Broncos will return to the field in seven days, on Dec. 24 at noon in the Popeyes Bahamas Bowl against Middle Tennessee State.
