hKALAMAZOO, Mich. -- Nine members of the 2025 Mid-American Conference Championship Western Michigan Football team have been named to the National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society.

Palmer Domschke,
Will Gerig, Jon Hofer,
Adam Vandervest and
Zach Vaughan all earned the honors.
Created in 2007, the NFF Hampshire Honor Society is one of the most comprehensive scholar-athlete initiatives in college athletics, recognizing football players from all divisions who have maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or higher throughout their college careers.
To be nominated, a senior player must be graduating in the spring or summer and just completed his final year of playing eligibility. A graduated player or grad transfer, who has already earned a bachelor's degree and competed during the season (even if the player has remaining eligibility and may return to play next season). The student-athlete must also have a cumulative GPA of 3.20+ and have been a starter or contributor throughout the season.
