2016: Named Academic All-MAC ... appeared in 26 matches and 84 sets ... had career-best 2.27 kills per set average on the season, and 1.55 digs per set ... had four double-doubles on the season ... had nine games with at least 10 kills ... had first double-double of the season with 11 kills and digs in win over Fort Wayne (8/30) ... had 15 kills against Ball State (10/8) ... finished the season with at least 10 kills in the final five matches against Eastern Michigan, Ball State (twice), Toledo and Bowling Green ... season-high 17 kills came against Bowling Green at the MAC Tournament. 

2015: Named to MAC All-Freshman Team ... appeared in 32 matches and 122 sets ... recorded double-digit kills in 10 matches ... made collegiate debut at Milwaukee (8/28) reached 10 kills for the first time against Dartmouth ... had 12 kills and a .375 hitting percentage against Eastern Michigan (9/25) ... recorded 18 kills at Central Michigan to start off three straight matches with double-digit kills ... recorded 10+ kills, including career-high 21 against Eastern Michigan, in three matches to conclude the season. 

High School: 2014 Under Armour All-American Honorable Mention… two-time all-state 4A selection, including first team honors in 2014 and second team honors in 2013… led Roncalli to sectional championships in 2014 and 2011… four-item all-county selection.

Personal: Full name is Bailey Renae Schnell… born May 28, 1997… intends to pursue a degree in Business… has two siblings, an older brother Aaron and a younger brother Nicholas… daughter of Jay and Angie Schnell.
