Kyle Farris

Kyle Farris spent three seasons on the WMU women's soccer coaching staff, helping guide the Broncos to three consecutive winning seasons, including a pair of trips to the Mid-American Conference Semifinals. 

Farris played for the WMU men’s soccer program from 2011-14, playing in 59 career games and scoring 14 points on four goals and six assists. One of his four goals was a game-winner over Michigan for the program’s first ever win in Ann Arbor.

After graduating he spent time as a secondary education teacher at Plainwell Community Schools. Farris coached the girls’ varsity soccer team in 2016 to a 7-1-1 conference record and was named the Conference Coach of the Year.

Farris is a United States Soccer Federation licensed coach. He holds a degree in secondary education with a focus on earth science and geography from Western Michigan University and resides in Kalamazoo with his wife Samantha.
