As the Director of Operations, Cleary assists in the day-to-day operation of the Bronco basketball program, with responsibilites focused in administrative duties, travel and logistics, film breakdown, community service coordination and summer camps.

Cleary was a standout for the Brown & Gold from 2007-11, leading the Broncos in rebounding all four seasons played. She finished her career ranked 15th all-time in scoring (1,146), ninth in rebounding (734), 10th in career field goal percentage (.484) and fourth in free throws made (322). She totaled 17 career double-doubles and was an Honorable Mention All-MAC selection her senior season.

After her playing career, Cleary went on to work as a student-assist on the Bronco coaching staff during the 2012-13 season. She also spent time coaching at the high school and youth levels. She graduated from Western Michigan in 2011 with a degree in recreation management.
