2023: Played in 11 games ... named Third Team All-MAC ... finished season with 48 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery for a TD, also had five pass breakups ...  opened season with three tackles, two for loss, and one pass breakup against St. Francis ... had four tackles and one interception at Iowa ... had five tackles, forced two fumbles and returned one for a touchdown at Toledo ... had season-high seven tackles against Mississippi State ... had three tackles and an interception against Miami Ohio ... had six tackles, one tackle for loss and a forced fumble against Central Michigan.

2021: Played in career-high 12 games, making six tackles and two pass breakups ... recorded two pass breakups in win over Illinois State ... had career-high five tackles against Kent State.

2020: Reserve cornerback ... played in six career games, recording two tackles and 0.5 tackles for lost yardage ... has played 67 career snaps.

2019: Played in six games, the first six of the campaign, registering two tackles and 0.5 TFL ... booked all tackles versus Toledo ... on the field for 67 snaps.

2018: Did not experience game action.

PRIOR TO WESTERN MICHIGAN: First team all-conference, second team all-state and top-63 Palm Beach selection ... had three interceptions in four games during senior year and returned two picks for touchdowns ... recorded 80 tackles, 12 knockdowns and forced four fumbles ... had 12 pass breakups over four games ... played for state championship ... also ran track, posting a 10.6 in the 100 meters and a 22.5 in the 200 meters.

PERSONAL: Born May 12, 2000 ... son of Roslyn Banks and Kenneth Lovely ... majoring in recreation: sport management ... brother Kennard Banks played football at Western Michigan (2005) and Iowa State (2008), totaling 58 tackles as a Bronco and 18 as a Cyclone ... brother James Looney played collegiate football at Wake Forest (2013) and California (2015-16-17) and was selected in the seventh round of the 2018 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers, serving on the practice squad for the 2018 and 2019 seasons ... brother Joe Looney was a four-year letterman at Wake Forest (2008-09-10-11), starting 41 games at left guard and earning All-Atlantic Coast Conference accolades in 2011 prior to being a fourth round selection by the San Francisco 49ers in the 2012 NFL Draft and going on to play in 91 NFL games and start 30 for the 49ers, Tennessee Titans and Dallas Cowboys.
