Biography

2014-15: Appeared in 13 games ... made season debut in 4-2 loss at Canisius (10/10) .. tallied assist in losst at Miami (3/13).

2013-14: Appeared in 25 games ... named to Academic All-NCHC team ... made collegiate debut against Notre Dame (10/12) ... tallied first career assist in 5-2 win at Miami (2/7) ... netted first collegiate goal and finished a career-best +2 in 4-4 tie at Colorado College (2/14).

Juniors: Played two seasons in the BCHL with the Langley Rivermen and Penticton Vees ... scored four goals and tallied 15 assists in 55 games from the blue line for Langley in 2011-12 ... after being traded to Pentiction in the middle of the 2012-13 season he helped the Vees to the BCHL playoffs and tallied four assists in four playoff games.

Personal: Majoring in business ... graduated from Ardrey Kell High School in Charlotte, N.C. ... son of Eric and Robin Nitsche ... born on Sept. 22, 1992 in Kitchner, Ontario.
