Western Michigan University Athletics

Mike Murray is in his second season as director of operations for the Western Michigan men's basketball program.

Murray serves as WMU's video coordinator and is responsible for WMU's video exchange with opposing teams in addition to assisting with all of the day-to-day operations of the program. His efforts will focus on aiding with practice sessions, supervising the team's corps of managers and handles all team travel arrangements. His responsibilities also include the planning and coordination of the Western Michigan summer basketball camps.

Murray, a 2008 Western Michigan grad, spent the 2007-08 season as the senior manager for the Broncos working with players on practice drills and handling various game day duties. He also worked closely with the director of operations on film breakdown and other day-to-day activities.

Murray, a native of Millington, Mich., and his wife, Amanda, reside in Kalamazoo.
