Jeff Tate enters his first season as Director of Player Personnel for the Western Michigan Men's Basketball program in 2021-22.

Before entering his position, Tate spent the last three years as the head student-manager for the Broncos. 

Tate, a native of Jackson, Mich., earned his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business from Western Michigan. Prior to WMU, Tate attended Western High School.
