    Strength & Conditioning Assistant
KJ Redmon joined the Western Michigan football program as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach in January of 2024. He works alongside Director of Football Strength & Conditioning Grant Geib, helping oversee the Bronco football performance program.
 
Redmon arrived at Western Michigan University after spending a season in the Big Ten as a member of The Ohio State Football team, where he held the role of professional intern of strength and conditioning. The team finished 11-2 participating in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic.

Redmon spent fall of 2018 through fall of 2022 at the University of Mount Union participating in the 2022 Stagg Bowl (DIII National Championship) as well as winning 4 OAC Championships. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science while interning with T3 Performance gaining experience training various Mount Union sports teams.
 
Prior to graduation Redmon spent the summer of 2022 as an intern with the Football strength and conditioning staff at the University of Toledo. The team went on to win the MAC Championship as well as Boca Raton Bowl.
