PRIOR TO WESTERN MICHIGAN: Received three letters at John Adams High School for head coach Antwon Jones ... served as a team captain during senior year ... second team All-Northern Indiana Conference (NIC) in 2018 ... earned a place on the NIC All-Academic Team as well as the All-State All-Academic Team following senior season ... received the Kiwanis Award in 2019 ... recognized as the WHME-TV 46 Student Athlete of the Week in 2019 ... played three games during senior season before suffering a broken collarbone ... during junior season, caught 24 passes, including five touchdowns, to go along with 64 tackles, 12 pass breakups and two interceptions as a safety on defense ... played basketball for John Adams as a freshman and sophomore.
