• Went 4-4 in PAT attempts hit a 43-yard FG in first career game, season-opener at #4 USC (9/2)
• Made all three field goal attempts vs. Idaho (9/16)
• Went 7-7 in PATs in games vs. Wagner (9/23) and Ball State (9/30), also went 2-2 on FGs vs. Ball State
• Hit a 49-yard field goal vs. Akron (10/15), the longest in the MAC in 2017 (longest by a WMU kicker since 2012, second longest since 2006)
• Made the game-winning field goal in overtime to give WMU to a 20-17 win at Eastern Michigan (10/21)
• Part of Special Teams Unit ranked #1 in FBS through week 5
•Earned first varsity letter

• Consensus 5-Star kicker ranked #1 in Texas and #5 (Kornblue), #7 (Chris Sailer) and #9 (Scout) nationally in Class of 2017
• Earned Fab 50 and 5-Star national honor/ranking from Kornblue Kicking and Top 12 and 5-Star national ranking from Chris Sailer Kicking
• Earned One On One Kicking Xceptional8 national honor
• Selected 2016 Texas High School Football Special Teams POY
• Selected 2016 Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Top 300 Recruit and Finalist for 2016 Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Subway Super Team MVP
• All-District as a junior and senior for both kicking and punting
