Tim Nichols embarks on his first season as the graduate assistant in charge of defense.

Nichols is a former Bronco lettermen who completed his three-year career in 2002.  Among his career highlights were being named Defensive Stallion of the Week and a game captain by the coaching staff.

Nichols also played one season at Grand Rapids Junior College after earning all-league honors at Midland High School.

Nichols previously coached at Three Rivers High School (2004) and Allegan High School (2003) in a volunteer capacity.

A Midland, Mich. native, Nichols (26/DOB: 4-26-79) obtained a bachelor's degree in physical education from Western Michigan in 2003.
