Nate Peoples

Nate Peoples begins his eighth season with the Bronco Football support staff in 2012.  In 2008 Peoples was one of four to be named finalist for NCAA Division I (FBS) Strength & Coach of the Year by FootballScoop.com.

Peoples spent three years (2002-05) as the top assistant strength coach at Stanford University, working extensively with the Cardinal football team. He also served two seasons (2000-02) at the University of Central Florida in the capacity of assistant strength coach.

A Tampa native, Peoples earned three letters (1995-97) at inside linebacker at Mississippi State University. He received a bachelor’s degree in fitness management from MSU in 1997 and added a master’s in sports administration in 1999. During that time, Peoples worked as a graduate assistant.

Peoples is married to the former Amber Twyner. They have two daughters, Marin Sierra (8) and Taylor (2).
