Greg Sullivan joined the WMU football staff as a graduate assistant during the 2014 spring semester after serving as the running backs coach at his alma mater Colgate during the 2012-13 seasons.

Prior to coaching at Colgate, Sullivan was a graduate assistant at Sacred Heart University.  Sullivan was a three-year starting quarterback at Colgate and was a member of the 2008 Patriot League championship team.
