Andrew Malson joins the WMU football staff as a graduate assistant in 2012. He will assistant with the defensive line.

Malson served as the defensive coordinator and secondary coach at his alma mater, Westerminster College, during the past two seasons. Prior to his stint at Westminster, Malson was a part-time assistant at Missouri Western State University for the 2008 season, coaching the defensive backs.

As a student-athlete, Malson was a two-time All-Upper Midwest Athletic Conference center in 2006 and 2007 and served as a team captain in 2007.
