High School: Was a four-year starter and letterwinner at Grand Rapids Christian High School, where he played his senior season under former Bronco Kurt Hoekstra ... After senior season was selected First Team All-Conference and to the 2024 MHSAA All-Star Game ... 2024 Perfect Game Preseason All-American ... Played his first three seasons under 2023 MHSAA Division 2 Coach of the Year Brent Gates ... As a junior, hit .392 with 45 hits, 42 runs scored and 28 steals to help the Eagles win the Division 2 state championship ... Earned First Team All-District, All-Region and All-State honors ... Helped GRC to a state runner-up finish his sophomore year ... Led the team in batting average (.450), runs scored (37), home runs (6) and RBIs (40) ... Collected First Team All-Conference, All-Region and All-State selections ... Owned a 3.45 GPA ... Played summer ball for USA Prime-Swanson.
