Although her career in uniform was cut short due to injury, Courtney Haley continues to contribute daily to the Western Michigan women's basketball program, serving as a student assistant coach. Haley helps facilitate practices and assists the players and coaches on the sidelines during games. For the past two seasons, she has been honored by both her teammates and coaching staff as being an outstanding teammate, earning the program's postseason Teammate Award and P4 Award.
2013-14: Did not play due to injury ... honored with the team's P4 Award.
