2010-11: Played in two games ... made season debut in 1-0 win at Mercyhurst (10/16).

2009-10: Appeared in 10 games on the season ... made season debut at Nebraska-Omaha (11/28) ... tallied first point of the season, and assist, on the game-tying goal in 3-1 win over No. 12 Alaska (12/4).

2008-09: Played in 15 games ... made his collegiate debut against Niagara (10/10 ... picked up first career assist and later second career assist against Miami (12/6).

NOTEWORTHY: Nicknamed P.J., Kavaya isa well-rounded defenseman that can move the puck ... is one of five players from the state of California that make up the Bronco roster.

JUNIORS: Spent two season with the Southern Minnesota Express and two with the Fairbanks Ice Dawgs in the NAHL ... scored 14 goals and 59 assists in 170 career games at the juniors level.
