Prior to WMU: Spent three years with the Wagner College Seahawks... Was named a team captain in 2026... Helped the Seahawks to the program's first NCAA Regional appearance after winning the Northeast Conference (NEC) Tournament... Appeared and started in every postseason game with Wagner, including the team's two NCAA Regional games... Over three seasons, appeared in 43 games with 38 starts, including 32 games and 30 starts in 2026... collected 10 hits with three doubles, two home runs, 10 RBIs, 20 walks, and nine runs scored in her career with the Seahawks... shined behind the plate for Wagner with 162 putouts and 25 assists, averaging 4.3 catches a game.

High School: Was a four year varsity player for Bonneville High School... Played 86 games for the Lakers, where she hit .396 with a 1.095 OPS over the course of four years... Hit 25 doubles, scored 106 runs, and collected 52 RBIs over the course of her career.

Personal: Daughter of Sharon and Brady Buchanan... earned her bachelors degree at Wagner... persuing her masters in exercise science at Western Michigan.
