Prior to WMU: Spent two seasons at George Mason... Appeared in 102 games for the Patriots with 99 starts... In 270 at bats Lampela averaged .215 with 58 hits, 17 doubles, a triple, four home runs, 34 RBIs, 35 runs scored, and nine stolen bases... In the field, Lampela had 171 putouts with 12 assists and nine errors for a .953 fielding percentage... In her sophomore season Lampela was tied for first on the Patriots in doubles (9) while playing in 53 games with 52 starts in left field. 

High School: Four year letterman at Hayfield Secondary School... Awarded First Team All-Region for 2022 and 2023 seasons and Second Team All-State in 2022 ... Was ranked the 38th Player Nationally in the Class of 2023 by Extra Inning Softball (2021-2022)... Named the Hayfield MVP in both 2022 and 2023... Has a career varsity batting average of .579 in 95 at bats... Played club softball for the Virginia Glory Mertz and the Orion Hunter Elite Murphy.

Personal: Daughter of Abby and Kyle Lampela... Has five older siblings... Hobbies include weightlifting, cooking, and spending time with family and friends... Majoring in sports management.
