2011-12: Cross Country: One of WMU's top runners on the season ... competed in all eight meets ... ran a season-best time of 19:15.71 in the 5k Michigan Intercollegiates ... was WMU's third finisher at the MAC Championships with a 6k time of 22:40.90.
Track & Field: Competed in the 800-meter run during the indoor season, taking first in the event at the Ice Breaker vs Toledo (1/7) ... helped the distance-medley relay team to a first-place finish at the SeaRay Relays (4/14) ... helped the DMR team to a school-record time of 11:51.62 at the Drake Relays (4/25) ... competed at the MAC Championships in the 800-meter run (5/11).
2010-11: Cross Country: Competed in six of the seven meets on the season ... turned in a season-best 5k time of 19:58 at the Notre Dame Invitational (10/1) ... finished the season strong, placing in WMU's top five in its final two meets with a personal-best 6k time of 23:04 at the MAC Championships and a time of 23:13.92 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional Champoinship (10/30-11/14).
Track & Field: Competed in eight meets during the indoor season, primarily in the mile and 800m run ... opened the season placing fourth in the 800m run at the Toledo Icebreaker (1/7) ... recorded a personal best time of 3:01.57 in the 1000m run at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/22) ... recorded a season best third place finish as well as career best time of 1:37.26 in the 600m run a the Wisconsin Invitational (1/28) ... ran a career best 2:14.43 in the 800m run at the prestigious Tyson Invitational (2/12) ... finished the indoor season running a personal best time of 5:05.92 in the mile at Ball State (2/18) ... ran a personal-best outdoor 800m run time of 2:13.41 to take third place at the EMU Twilight Meet (4/23) ... helped the 4x800m relay team to a seventh place finish at the famed Drake Relays with a time of 8:57.16 (4/29) ... competed in the 800m run at the Outdoor MAC Championship (5/14).
2009-10: Cross Country: Did not see race action while training with the cross country team.
Track & Field: Competed primarily in the 800m run, 400m dash and as a part of the 4x400m relay team during the indoor season ... took first place in the 800m run with a time of 2:20.30 at the Toledo Dual meet (1/10) ... took second place in the 400m dash with a season-best time of 58.07 at the Gladstein Invitational, also taking second in the 800m run with a time of 2:16.22 (1/22) ... ran a season-best time of 2:15.20 in the 800m run at the Mayo Invitational (2/5) ... competed primarily in the 400m dash, 800m run and 1,500m run and as a part of the 4x400m relay team during the outdoor season ... took second in the 800m run at the Alabama Relays with a time of 2:15.08 (3/25) ... ran a season-best time of 58.31 in the 400m dash at the Illinois Twilight meet, along with a season-best time of 4:41.78 in the 1,500m run to take third (4/30) ... ran a season-best 800m time of 2:14.04 to take third place at the Toledo Tune-Up (5/7) ... was a part of the MAC title winning 4x400m relay team that turned in a time of 3:41.80 at the MAC Championship (5/15) ... competed as a part of the 4x400m team at the NCAA East Preliminary Championship, turining in a season-best time of 3:40.33 (5/27).
